ON DEMAND (ONE SHOT) MODE - The RXV-12d is an on-demand triggerable feeder with two photocells: one photocell to stage piece in discharge nose of the feeder, and one photocell to be mounted to host equipment to trigger the feeder when to feed a piece.  Unit comes standard with adjustable discharge which is required for on-demand Trigger feeding .

Feeder stages the single piece in the discharge of the feeder.  When Trigger photocell signal received, the motor turns on and the piece is dispensed. Mount inline or right angle for one shot and standard collating applications.

CONTINUOUS RUN MODE - Feed in continuous mode up to 400 ft./min. This operating mode is typically used in-line with flat belt or vacuum conveyors for inkjet printing, labeling, tabbing, laser printing, etc. The extended discharge design is an added benefit for continuous feeding applications - product separation happens in the discharge of the feeder so ink-jet heads and cameras can be mounted directly to the feeder for a simple turnkey solution! The RXV-12d comes standard with a Time Out feature that will automatically stop the feeder when it runs out of product, no product is detected, or the photo sensor is blocked with overlapped pieces. Double detect is optional.
