The XpressStar system combines an “ULTRA” High-Speed XM-12C friction feeder and a Champion 3-ft. Vacuum Table on a mobile enclosure. This open format is ideal for high-speed top and bottom:

· Labeling

· Barcode/UPC Scanning

· Printing

· Verification/Inspection

Product types can now include open edge, tri-fold, z-fold, envelopes, and more. The versatility and mobility of the XpressStar accommodates continuous or batch count feeding. Use it off-line with existing shingling or stacking conveyors, or inline with a Victory Batch Dropper into any finishing system such as wrappers, banders, and printers.
