SortPro SP-1 & SP-2

The SortPro 1 and 2 Offset Stackers are designed to reduce manual sorting of processed mail pieces including magazines. The innovative design allows processed pieces to gently enter without causing damage to the edges of the product and is easily adjustable for different product types, sizes, and thickness. The SortPro can be easily integrated on most types of shingling conveyors including those used with inkjet bases, tabber bases, and envelope inserters.

SortPro SP-3 Slip Sheet Feeder

The SortPro 3 Slip Sheet Feeder is designed to feed slip sheets inline with addressing bases and other similar equipment to identify zip and tray breaks when using on-edge stacking conveyors. The compact design easily mounts over the end of most bases and receives the sort signal which triggers the SP-3 to dispense the slip sheet on top of the first piece of the next zip or tray allowing them to simultaneously stack together.
