The CHAMPION Vacuum Transport is designed to transfer a variety of paper products while maintaining a precise hold of the product via vacuum. The Vacuum Transport is ideal for applications where printing, labeling, or scanning is required in a small compact footprint. Designed to increase speed and maximize automatic L-sealer production lines while economically simplifying the process of gathering and transporting collated sets of materials. The flight carriers are driven by a dual-chain that allows the flight pin to advance all the way to the end of the conveyor and disappear vertically. This unique feature allows the material to transfer without disrupting the stack integrity. Easy-to-adjust material guide rails accommodate a wide variety of product types and thicknesses. The CHAMPION Speed-Up Transport is designed to transfer product from one device and accelerate it to another. It can also be used as a “powered bridge” to transfer products from one conveyor to another.

The Champion Bundling Conveyor is designed to count and accumulate products for end of line bundling. Easy set up allows the operator to choose the bundle size count, Index Speed, Output Duration, and Time-Out. High-performance photo-eyes control the counting, index motion, and “time-out”.
This compact unit is only 3-feet in length requiring very little floor space and is height adjustable for use with many types of processing systems including collators, wrappers, and more.

This open frame conveyor provides flexibility for applications with such requirements as top and bottom scanning. Adjustable belt modules accommodate a wide variety of product widths and lengths. The modular frame allows for a variety of widths and lengths and number of belt modules.

The Registration Transport is designed to receive, register, and discharge products from one device to another. With variable speed control, the products can be accelerated or decelerated prior to dispensing to the next process. Designed with variable speed control, the Registration Transport allows you to control the rate of acceleration or deceleration via speed control knob. Quick and easy height adjustment allows for use on various pieces of equipment.
