BD-Systems (Batch Drop)

BD-1 System

Fully automated BD System (Batch Drop) batch counts and drops the set(s) to a CHAMPION Flighted Conveyor to be delivered to other automated finishing processes including banders and wrappers. Ideal for batch counting one or more unique sets simultaneously, or breaking up a large count set with multiple feeders.
