The VICTORY BatchDrop is designed to accumulate batch-counted products and dispense the batch as a group onto conveyors, including flighted and flat-belt typically part of shrink-wrapping and poly-bagging systems. Designed with flexibility in mind, the BatchDrop can be used throughout your production department as infeed or outfeed accumulation. Batching Tray for XM Series Feeders
The NEW XM Batching Tray was designed to help customers accumulate batch counted products in a neat stack for manual removal. No more counting into boxes! No more messy stacks! When used with an XM Series Batch Count Feeder, the combination provides a “roll-around” batch counter for use throughout your production and packaging areas. Simple adjustments make the Batching Tray easy to use and product changeovers are quick thus maximizing up-time. The Standard Batching Tray (100899) is ideal for most products. For products that require a little more support due to lack of body, we offer an Extended model (100898).
